These terms cover your use of the website itself; the terms of any project we take on are set out separately in that project’s proposal and agreement.
What the site is for
The site describes our services and work and lets you get in touch or request an estimate. The content is provided for general information. We keep it accurate and current as best we can, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free.
Quotes and estimates
Any pricing, estimate or timeline shown on the site or produced by the estimate tool is indicative only and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding quote is issued in writing after we have understood your requirements, and work begins only once a proposal is agreed and accepted.
Intellectual property
The design, code, text, graphics and logos on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Trade marks and brand names of our clients shown in the portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are used to illustrate our work.
Your use of the site
You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to introduce malicious code, or to submit false or abusive content through its forms. We may block access where use threatens the site or others.
