How a Build Actually Works

No Black Box

A simple tool is about six weeks end to end. A full platform is closer to six months. Anyone who quotes you either without asking questions first is guessing.

Discovery 1 to 2 weeks

We sit with the people who will use it and map what actually happens today: where the time goes, where the errors creep in, where data gets lost. You get a written brief that states the problem properly, before anyone mentions a solution.

Design 2 to 4 weeks

Wireframes first, then high-fidelity screens in Figma. You click a real prototype on your own phone. We test it with the people who will use it. Nothing gets built until you have signed off on what it is.

Build 4 to 12 weeks

You see working software from week two, and a demo every fortnight after that. We build on designs that have already been tested, so the build is execution, not guesswork.

Launch and evolve Ongoing

AI costs money per request, so we meter it. Credits sit against a subscription tier: your users get an allocation, you see exactly what was spent and on what, and heavy users buy more. Nobody opens a surprise invoice.

Work that happens without a human

A Claude agent living inside your platform: triaging enquiries, drafting the quote, summarising a thread, flagging the job that is about to run late. It does the pass a person would do first, and hands over what actually needs judgement.

It can speak, and it can listen

ElevenLabs for natural speech and transcription: a booking line that takes the call, a site inspection dictated hands-free and filed as a structured record, notifications your staff hear instead of read.

We do not bolt AI on for the sake of the word. If it makes your tool faster, sharper or cheaper to run, we build it in and meter it honestly. If it does not, we leave it out and say so.
