Custom Apps
The software your business runs on, whatever shape that takes.
Web apps. iOS and Android. macOS and Windows. From a single-purpose tool to a platform that runs a 200-seat operation.
Shared codebases where it makes sense: React on the web, React Native on mobile, Tauri on the desktop. You pay for the logic once. What changes per platform is the interface, not a rebuild.
What We Build
Eight Things, All Working
Every one of these is running for somebody right now. Push them around: they are the real thing, not screenshots.
01
Operations Platforms
For businesses that outgrew spreadsheets and a folder of disconnected tools. One system, one login, everything joined up. Multi-company, roles and permissions, and an audit trail of who did what.
Move a job through the board.
02
Client & Staff Portals
Your clients, tenants or staff get their own login and see only what belongs to them. Documents, invoices, progress. It lives on your domain and wears your brand, not ours.
Sign in and tab through it.
03
Booking & Scheduling
Restaurant tables, consulting rooms, cabins, service calls. Availability rules that match how you actually trade, automatic confirmations, and a calendar that fills itself.
Take a slot and watch it go.
04
Invoicing, Quoting & Finance
Quote to invoice to paid, with VAT handled and the maths matching how you actually bill. Not how off-the-shelf accounting software thinks you should.
Add a line. The total is live.
05
Dashboards & Data Apps
Your numbers, now, not a month-old export. Revenue, orders, conversion, whatever runs your day, in one pane you can drill into and hand to the board.
Change the range. It redraws.
06
Email & Marketing Tools
Drag-and-drop builders and newsletters that render properly in Outlook, which is harder than it sounds. Your tool, your templates, your list. No per-contact bill.
Build a mailer from blocks.
07
Digital Twins & Simulation
A live model of something physical: an estate, a warehouse, a fleet. Real state, updating, so you can see the operation instead of reading about it in a report.
Watch the estate tick over.
08
Native Desktop & Mobile
Not everything belongs in a browser. Sometimes it needs to live in the dock, work offline, and talk to hardware. Tauri and Rust for desktop, React Native and Expo for mobile.
Switch the surface.

We Take Things Over
Not every job starts on a blank page. Most of the interesting ones do not.
Your developer left
Nobody knows how the code works and everyone is afraid to touch it. We read it, document it, and take it over.
You outgrew the spreadsheet
Airtable, Sheets, a no-code tool held together with hope. We migrate the data and build the real thing.
It works, but barely
Slow, ugly, breaking at the edges. We rebuild it in pieces, in production, with no big-bang weekend.
You are renting software that nearly fits
Paying monthly forever for eighty percent of what you need. We build the twenty percent you are missing, and you own all of it.

How a Build Actually Works
No Black Box
A simple tool is about six weeks end to end. A full platform is closer to six months. Anyone who quotes you either without asking questions first is guessing.
Discovery 1 to 2 weeks
We sit with the people who will use it and map what actually happens today: where the time goes, where the errors creep in, where data gets lost. You get a written brief that states the problem properly, before anyone mentions a solution.
Design 2 to 4 weeks
Wireframes first, then high-fidelity screens in Figma. You click a real prototype on your own phone. We test it with the people who will use it. Nothing gets built until you have signed off on what it is.
Build 4 to 12 weeks
You see working software from week two, and a demo every fortnight after that. We build on designs that have already been tested, so the build is execution, not guesswork.
Launch and evolve Ongoing
Hosting, domain, SSL and monitoring handled. Bugs fixed free for the first month. Then we stay on: features, iterations, and scaling it when the work arrives.
Under the Hood
What It Is Made Of, and Why You Care
AI Where It Earns Its Place
Useful, Or Not At All
WAID
AI that can read the board: it knows what you are working on, so it can summarise it and draft the update instead of asking you to.
PropWise
Drop in an FNB statement PDF and every transaction is classified, allocated to the right property and charted. Nobody types it in.
Our own workflow
We use AI-assisted development daily. It is why a build lands faster without the corners getting cut.
We do not bolt AI on for the sake of the word. If it makes your tool faster, sharper or cheaper to run, we build it in. If it does not, we leave it out.
Free Estimate
Tell Us What It Needs to Do
A few questions, no obligation, and a real person reads every one. We come back with a realistic estimate and the next step.
