Greenbank

About the project

Greenbank is a staff benefits app for a bank's employees. The objective was one mobile app where staff can receive vouchers as rewards, get discounts from selected retailers and choose from grocery and health coupons. It also needed a simple way to claim rewards, request a concierge callback and get help on how the coupons work at the till.

We started with a flow diagram that mapped every route from login through coupons, discounts, rewards, concierge, profile and contact. Wireframes followed for each screen, including a three-step how-it-works guide. We then designed the app in both light and dark mode and delivered the full set of screens, from category browsing and a coupon basket to SMS or email delivery and checkout.
